Sean "seang@ares" Gares has be one of the most influential players in North American CS:GO and is touted as one of the best in game leaders. After being in Echo Fox for the 2016 season he decided to join TSM, but that didn't last long.

seang@ares joined TSM Dec. 14 and was kicked a week later for standing up for player rights in CS:GO.

This is unacceptable for teams to kick players because they are connected in forming a union for being contractually forced out of certain leagues. The Professional Esports Association (PEA) will not allow any teams to play ESL Pro League for the upcoming season.

None of the teams talked to their players about this choice and now it's starting to backlash fast for organizations.

North American players have banded together for player's rights in making these choices for their teams.

Andy "Reginald" Dinh didn't take this player letter to PEA kindly and decided to replace seang@res on the new TSM roster after discussing this with him. Reginald claimed it was due to the lack of communication even though he was aware of the PEA letter before from seang@res himself.

The community is supporting seang@res for standing up to the teams about this situation and he should find a new team easily with Shahzeeb "ShahZaM" Khan who has decided he won't play on TSM without seang@res on the team.
