Teams all across the MLB are making transactions, signing free agents, and trading players and prospects.

It's full-on offseason frenzy mode.

One team looking to be quite active is the Detroit Tigers. They want the baseball world to know that anybody on their roster is available. And when I say anybody, I mean literally anybody.

Yep, you read that correctly. Migueal Cabrera, Justin Verlander, JD Martinez, Victor Martinez, Ian Kinsler, Anibal Sanchez, and Mike Pelfrey are all on the sales rack. Heck, that's just about every star player on their team and some others!

It's tough to see Detroit's strategy in making all of these players available. Do they want to go younger? Perhaps, but they will need to salvage some sort of veteran presence on the roster to keep the youngsters on track.

I mean, we're talking about Gold Glove winner Ian Kinsler and arguably the most accurate batter in baseball and future Hall of Famer, Miguel Cabrera, being on the trade block.

I can think of many teams that would want to move some pieces around to bring in Miguel Cabrera, even with his $240 million contract.

Yeah, practically all 29 of them.

I doubt anybody is sleeping on Justin Verlander either. Hearing his name in trade buzz will certainly make anybody's ears perk up.

The Dodgers, or whichever lucky team that lands Verlander, will be getting a monster added to their rotation.

Are the Tigers just trying to blow up their roster or do they have a plan? It's tough to tell. Maybe they've come to the conclusion that they won't win anything with these players. Maybe they want to get some value out of their players while they still can. Whatever their reasoning may be, it looks like the Detroit Tigers will have a totally different look in 2017.

Keep your eyes on this team in the next few months.
