Madden ratings are always a hot topic for debate. The overall ratings of certain players can seem ridiculously low while others literally make you scratch your head.

Having one of your favorite players ranked low always feels like a punch in the gut. You defend your favorite players to the very end, swearing off Madden until they right this wrong that they've done, even though you'll most likely play within the next hour.

Apparently, it's not just us fans that get heated about the decisions of the developers. Dez Bryant doesn't like his rating either.

The difference between Dez and others who get angry about player ratings is that the Cowboys wide receiver can, and will, prove them wrong.

After an injury plagued 2015 season caused Bryant to have the worst statistical year of his career, his Madden rating took a hit. The two-time Pro Bowler dropped from a 96 to a 90, the eighth highest rating at his position.

You can't blame those at Madden for dropping Bryant a bit, but I'd steer clear of Dez if I were the developers. After the scolding he gave cornerbacks on his team during training camp, it's safe to say you don't want to be on Dez's bad side.

I'm sure Cowboy fans are much more concerned about Dez helping their team get out from the basement of the NFC East, but if this fuels the fire in Bryant, then so be it.

Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.
