5 Craziest DeMarcus Cousins Moments of 2015-16

You could argue that Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins is a top-10 talent in the NBA, but his short fuse and bad team prevents him from being thought of in that light.

Cousins, in a matter of seconds, can lose his mind and get in a tussle with anyone, whether it be players, coaches, referees, or even security guards. Instead of simply giving Cousins his props for the insane numbers he puts up on a nightly basis, let's acknowledge and embrace the man's maniac side. Here are 5 of Cousins' craziest moments this season.

5. Cousins Intentionally Hits Chris Paul With Ball

Late in the 4th quarter during a blowout at the hands of the Los Angeles Clippers, DeMarcus Cousins would retrieve a rebound on the baseline under the basket. But as he received contact and seemed to be falling out of bounds, the Kings center would angrily chuck the ball at the back of Chris Paul's head. He wouldn't receive a technical foul, and rightfully so because it was a basketball play, but you could tell there was intent to throw it off the All-Star point guard. Hard.

4. Boogie Loses Composure, Gets Ejected

In a close game against the Warriors at Oracle Arena, DeMarcus Cousins lost his composure and got himself ejected. Cousins picked up his fifth foul when he reached in on Steph Curry making a layup attempt. He complained vociferously about the foul, which was the right call, and received a technical. Instead of walking away and keeping his head in the game, he made a demonstrative gesture to the official. Game over. Sorry, Boogie.

3. Cousins Yells at George Karl During Timeout

On March 9th against the Cleveland Cavaliers, DeMarcus Cousins and head coach George Karl seemed to get in a heated conversation during a timeout. It must have gotten pretty intense because Rajon Rondo ended up stepping in front of Cousins. Boogie would end up getting suspended one game for "conduct detrimental to the team."

2. DeMarcus Cousins Shoves Security Guard

What are you doing DeMarcus? Why do you continually involve yourself with this stuff? There is no reason to shove an MSG security guard who accidentally bumped into you as everyone was walking off the court. It's not a good look and this is another reason why fans and critics give you a hard time.

1. Cousins Nearly Punches Steven Adams

In Cousins' defense, I have no idea what Steven Adams is doing. He clearly locks his arm with Cousins' foot and almost paid the price with a punch from Cousins. The big man restrained himself enough to stay in the game and not receive a technical, but again, why are you ready to fight after any kind of contact?
