Jeremy Pruitt and the Vols are wasting no time in making some serious noise on the recruiting trail.
While their main focus is on the 2018 class and upcoming National Signing Day, Tennessee is trending in the right direction for several elite talents in next year's group.
Quavaris Crouch, the No. 2 running back in the country for the 2019 class, will be on Tennessee's campus for their junior day after a recent visit from the Vols coaching staff.
Am told that after getting a visit from the Vols on Friday, 5-star RB Quavaris Crouch — the nation's No. 2 overall prospect in the 2019 class — is on campus today as part of Tennessee's Junior Day. pic.twitter.com/nrydhkX7bm— Jesse Simonton (@JesseReSimonton) January 13, 2018
This is a huge update from Crouch, who is sure to have offers from most top programs in the country. Tennessee needs to make up ground and fast.
Crouch's highlights speak for themselves:
Yeah, Pruitt needs to land this kid.
