Rich Rodriguez was let go by Arizona due to the relative poor showing by the football team in recent history, but there were also some off-the-field concerns surrounding the coach.
This leaves the Wildcats without a leader going forward, and it's one of the few remaining coaching vacancies out there. Defensive coordinator Marcel Yates was named the interim, and quarterback Khalil Tate tweeted his support for him becoming the full-time man.

But the growing sentiment is that the school will go in another direction. Navy head coach Ken Niumatalolo has reportedly been offered the job, much to the dismay of the Wildcats quarterback.
Navy is most known for running the triple option, which is the background needed to understand this now-deleted tweet from Tate.
