The middle of January is always a tough period for college football fans. While the players make the biggest decision of their lives, fans have to see some of their favorite players move on to the next stage. Ohio State is a great example of a school that deals with this every year.

The talent that Ohio State brings in is always the cream of the crop. While this is great for OSU, it can also be a curse since these players will most likely bounce once they gain eligibility for the NFL Draft.

But today, there's good news out of Columbus, as defensive tackle Dre'Mont Jones has decided to stay for another year.

Jones will return to Ohio State for his junior year. He had 20 tackles and one sack during his 2017 campaign only missing two games this season. This is huge news for the defense.

The Buckeyes will take all the experienced players they can get as they look to repeat as Big 10 champions in 2018.
