Yasiel Puig continues to be as charming a personality as we could all expect. And he's owning this postseason, to date.
Saturday night, Puig played a huge role in the Dodgers' vital Game 1 win over the Cubs, blasting a homer to help extend LA's lead in their 5-2 victory over Chicago. Of course, with that homer came a classic Puig bat flip.
I still don’t know why my bats are so slippery pic.twitter.com/uHVT2d9gke— Yasiel Puig (@YasielPuig) October 15, 2017
I mean, this could be a single, though. Could be a double. That's kind of how Puig rolls.
Of course, somehow, some way, someone was able to be offended looking at Puig and his love for throwing the bat all over the field.
As a surprise to no one, that person was Keith Olbermann.
So effing tired of Yasiel Puig’s act - particularly his apparently terrible vision #DontBatFlipSinglesAndDoubles— Keith Olbermann (@KeithOlbermann) October 15, 2017
Yes Keith, we all care so much about what you think about Puig's "act". So much so, that you got mercilessly ratio'd with more replies than combined interactions!
Fortunately for Olbermann, Yasiel is a very forgiving individual.
Gotta love Puig! We probably would've lashed out here. Nothing but love, though, from the most joyous player in baseball.
