The Portland Trail Blazers have signed guard Isaiah Briscoe to a free agent contract, according to Woj.

Briscoe, who went undrafted in 2017, spent the summer league with Philadelphia.
If it seems like this is a recurring headline, that's because it is. Since Coach Cal's arrival from Memphis, Kentucky products have taken over the NBA. Think of all the brightest young stars that are poised to or are already taking over the league.
Anthony Davis? Wildcat.
Karl-Anthony Towns? Wildcat.
