As the Kyrie Irving-Isaiah Thomas trade descends into abject chaos, it's time for the two teams to come together and discuss next steps.
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski says that's exactly what's going to happen...on Saturday afternoon.

This is not going to be some courtesy call. Cleveland Cavaliers general manager Koby Altman should use this opportunity to try and get a little bit more from the Boston Celtics, in the form of draft picks or some underpaid prospect.
Meanwhile, the Celtics will likely make some sort of demand about doing their own physical, even though Danny Ainge has already admitted that Thomas' hip was a factor in the trade.

Saturday's call could affect the entire balance of the Eastern Conference next season - no pressure.
The teams have until 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday to lock in the trade and an additional 24 hours for all the players involved to pass their physicals.
The clock is ticking on this blockbuster trade.
