As NFL fans, we are used to the occasional debate with another NFL fan at the local bar or even in the grocery store.

However, it is a great thing to see that NFL insiders are fans as well, and get into some heated debates with their fellow colleagues.

That is what happened between NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport and New York Daily News NFL Columnist Manish Mehta.

Mehta wrote a piece on why New York Jets general manager Mike Mccagnan should have traded their 2018 second round pick in order to draft Tennessee running back Alvin Kamara.

Rapoport could not take anymore of what Mehta wrote, and had to let his feelings be heard through Twitter.

Firing a man from his make believe GM job? That's harsh, Mr. Rapoport. However, Mehta would not have any of it, as he stood by his column.

Rapoport fired back again about the Jets finishing the 2017 season with the worst record in the league, and that second round pick will be the No. 33 overall pick, which is too good to pass up.

Despite that statement, Mehta comes back with a haymaker.

Who's music is that? Bah gawd, that's Mike Garofolo's music! He's out to support Mehta, and he's got a steel chair!

"RapSheet" will not take any from his fellow NFL Network colleague.

And Rapoport dropped some knowledge on Mehta.

Another insider entered the fray, and that was Will Brinson, Senior NFL Writer for CBS Sports.

Mehta was getting a little snippy, even at the guys who are supporting them.

Now we have reached the "how much money would you bet on that," phase of the debate.

Mehta poked some fun at himself, as compared to the big name insiders that are involved in this debate.

After reading this debate, it is great to see that NFL insiders are fans just like us, and can get even more passionate then we can.

A good way to get through your Tuesday afternoon.
