GET READY FOR MADNESS!!
The 76ers just selected Markelle Fultz, and everything is about to go crazy, as the next teams in the lottery (aside from the Lakers) aren't entirely sold with keeping their picks.
Those picks are likely going to be used to acquire a superstar, and it looks like we have our first BLOCKBUSTER of the night!
The Minnesota Timberwolves and Chicago Bulls just reportedly agreed to a huge trade involved Jimmy Butler.
The Bulls have agreed in principle to deal Jimmy Butler to the Timberwolves, per source.— K.C. Johnson (@KCJHoop) June 22, 2017
And boy, it's a big one.
Sources say Minnesota's offer to Chicago for Butler was EXPECTED to include the No. 7 pick, Zach LaVine and Kris Dunn ...— Marc Stein (@ESPNSteinLine) June 22, 2017
That is a HUGE haul for the Bulls, and the acquisition of Butler could propel the Wolves in the Western Conference.
Butler will join stars Ricky Rubio (unless he's traded), Andrew Wiggins, Karl-Anthony Towns and former coach Tom Thibodeau.
Stay tuned for updates!!
