The Green Bay Packers came away with a colossal 38-13 victory over the New York Giants to advance to the divisional round of the playoffs.
However, it's possible they could be without one of their best playmakers for the remainder of the postseason, if they do advance Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.
Aaron Rodgers' favorite target looks like he may have suffered some really serious injuries on Sunday evening after taking a hit from Giants cornerback Leon Hall.
Concerns for Jordy Nelson are broken ribs, pneumothorax (collapsed lung) and splenic laceration with blow occurring on his left side.— Dr. Mark Adickes (@jocktodoc) January 9, 2017
And a report from ESPN's Mike and Mike actually suggests Nelson is done for the season after taking that shot and leaving the game.
Here's a look at the hit that took Nelson out:

After the play it was said the hit from Hall was illegal because he led with the crown of his helmet.
Huge blow for the Packers if this is true, but if they proved anything on Sunday, it's Aaron Rodgers can effectively spread the ball around and still lead a prolific offense without Nelson.
